I am trying to find a good skip tracing site, all of them don't seem to be updated in the past 6 months however.

I found this site after googling Hard Money loans and found this place to be a wealth of information.

:) Self-managing is all new to me, although I've heard many experienced out of state landlords recommend this with the easy systems of online portals, sites like homeadvisor.com, etc.

Is it possible to have a property listed by an agent on the MLS, but yet not be visible to the public through normal search sites online?
