I did post the 'Demand to Comply' which he ignored, so now I can post the 'Notice to Terminate' and wait another 10 days.Yes, I have the notice of violations from the city and body cam from the officer. 

Been thinking about investing in one of these sites, but want to hear which other wholesalers have had more success with and which offers the most benefits versus the cost.

Commercial buildings use triple net , and those costs get passed on to the tenants thru CAM fees . 

Between Brookings and Astoria there are many county properties that cam retain their vacation rental usages or qualify for a new license.
