I'm not looking for something big just something to get my feet wet. 

I would do that with one deed no title insurance and on the back of a wet nap  LOL

we hire a biologist.. its a required report.. there are baseline studies showing the habitat locations that the next step identify and see how close we are to a major habitat..then you have the normal wet land studies traffic  etc etc.
