Obtaining Pre for-closure list

Hello all, I am a new real estate investor just starting out and am trying to get my feet wet by possibly wholesaling a pre foreclosure deal. When I called my local court house here in San Antonio and asked if and how I could obtain a list of “Notice to defaults” they did not know what I was talking about. Any experience obtaining this list or opinions about what list I should go after considering the fact that I have lots of presentation and cold calling experience. Thank you y’all -Derek Deleon

Hey @Derek L Deleon, all of that information is public. They even have it online. It takes a little time to get it yourself, but its free. There are services also that sell that info. Send me a message, we can talk.
