Shame on me for not checking in and not knowing… And honestly I don’t know how she was living in that house with the urine odor.Anyway, if there’s food and such everywhere I’d be concerned.

In my case there was dog urine all over and the PM was not inspecting.

My wife and I went to stay in our STR for a planned regular maintenance weekend - the usual clean, paint patch, etc - no big surprises until I sat on the master bed - big urine stain right there on the bed cover.

Urine doesn't just disappear.

However, there was a clear strong pet urine odor.

Also, the marble and quartz will have the same install cost basically, so it is only material costs that will differ; you can get quartz and marbles that are comparable in price.As for crazy stuff in houses, a urinal in the powder room is always super classy...

I few darker spots in the carpet is expected, but certainly not urine or a wine or ink stain.Good luck.
