Banking on the government to do something, even if it sounds like a good chance they'll act, is just too much risk for my taste.

On other forums its been my impression that its bad taste to start new conversations if a similar conversation has been started but on this forum I find it difficult to find a relevant conversation to join. 

It's like tasting new food.

This really has more to do with personal tastes than anything else.

The ones I've come across become so heated that they end up going well over asking in the first weekend and becomes too tight for my taste.
