Below are some before pics of a house we recently rehabbed and flipped. I was the project manager for construction. My partners were the designers and project coordination team. This was no ordinary flip! A lot of love an attention went into this one and it turned out great. 

Purchase price 103k

Rehab costs 85k

Sold for 293k

Minus realtor and lender fees it was a nice profit.
