Sticky notes to put on doors of ****** houses- super cheap.  

At those same houses you're taking pictures of and focusing on I will also drop off a sticky note,  handwritten letter, or even business card.

I know that I will learn with experience, but I'm curious, what are some of the more sticky/difficult things that you've been asked by Sellers, and how did you handle it?  

I put a sticky note saying, "Why did you throw me away...Let's Talk!".

Just an uneducated opinion....a quiet title action could be sticky if any of the other siblings fight it.

why are some threads labeled "sticky"?

They have been putting off fixing it for years because the neighbor's septic field is close to the wall and could be damaged during the process.Their plan when they do fix it is to use 12x12 timbers along with tie backs.In your case, if you also own the property on the ther side, I would rather go with a step down system like a rice field where you work your way down instead of a wall.

We took two jars of filled half way with cooked rice.

Almost everything mops up or can be scraped if they get gum or some other sticky stuff on the floor. 

ESPECIALLY as a new listing, starting rices really low gets you into the game and gets you reviews.
