Excellent connections, great speakers and plenty of education.

I recently was at a seminar and the speaker said he has much better success in the 4th month or so after the person dies, as it takes about that long for the people to grieve and then be interested in selling.

They don't try to up sell you on anything and most meetings have a couple of speakers with occupations related to real estate.

What Than Merrill's speakers show you is how to do it more efficiently.

We have a good topic / speaker and I guarantee there will be no product/services pitched.

Just general comments here with a little insight :-)I'm active in my local REIA and we just had a meeting last week and our guest speaker was the #1 REO broker in the Atlanta area.

We often have guest speakers that help educate on laws and taxes as well as some political figures.Hope this helped!

They are a little behind the times on technology (the website is stale and FB group is quiet) but the meetings have a lot of great information and excellent guest speakers.
