I would list natural and inexpensive methods of "curing cancer" that of course don't make money for the doctor and pharmaceutical companies, so they are not utilized.

I'm gonna have to start calling ya "Money-Bags Collin". 

This practice also frees up more money for lenders to use to fund additional mortgages.In "non-conforming loan" world, anything goes.

Combination of own capital, hard/private money lenders, partnerships and raising outside capital.How do you add value to these deals?

I struggle to see how I will make as much money as I would going the business route, however, I do realize that it is a lot safer.

One Panhandle County I talked to the tax assessor about this one time and this particular property she said the guy was old and had no money so they felt sorry for him and didn't foreclose until he passed. 

This money will be used to pay down some debt I have and also purchase 1-2 additional rental properties.  

Consider partnerships or private money lending to boost purchasing power.
