Be consistent.Well I am not sure about you all, but as a NASA robotics scientist, an Aerospace engineer, and Mathematician, .... if something doesn't work, I definitely am not going to do it some more and "stay consistent" right?

As for utilities, yes, most (all the ones I’ve seen) duplexes have separate utilities (especially electricity), but in a monster house situation or cottages on one property may have on water / sewer bill and use trash receptacle (garbage).

There are properties that are cashflow monsters that I personally wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole because they'd be such a hassle to own and manage...and there are properties that are mediocre cashflowers, but I hold them because they're minimal work to manage and have incredible appreciation.What is the grade of this property and neighborhood, and what types of tenants would it attract?
