Well, lets define goal as oppose to resolution...

I have no clue what it is they do, but professional photographers shoot the best angle, they have the lenses to shoot in a small space so that all of it shows up, their resolution is great AND they fix the light (mine made our darker rehab appear like it was flooded with light).

Tailor your resume to demonstrate that you have the skills required to succeed in the field - customer service, decision making, conflict resolution, budgeting, accounting, etc.Don't give up.

If he has possession, I have to do a lot to compel resolution by either pursuasion or force via court action.

in a former life I practiced tax before the irs doing problem resolution, it would take months to clear up with irs, he needs to first write a letter to IRS explain the problem with all the backup documentation and send to the service where he  files his return, after they do nothing for 90 days then he can then contact the Taxpayer Advocate, and then has a chance of getting it taken care of, but it will still take another 30 days.  

There is a simple resolution, but it does cost money.  

You should talk to a title company or title attorney to find the resolution.
