Building in volume with repetition is where economy of scale is best realized and lends itself really well for a manufacturing environment.

Document what you do on a daily basis and create checklists to take the pain of repetition away.

Rather than be repetitive, I suggest you search under my name or go to my page and look at my posts to see my many thoughts on residential senior housing properties.  

With repetitions come more accurate guesses, but even reviewing 100 deals will not teach you about having a tenant that causes $20k in damages when they move out.You are playing odds.  

Books are great but I find the content to be shallow and repetitive.

If you haven't read Lindahl's books (his actual books or apartment riches course) get them, listen/read and repeat 12 times. repetition is the key that most people won't do!

I've always been interested in real estate investing and have been told repetitively by family and friends that I am very well suited for the real estate industry.

It pretty much allows me to do anything extremely repetitively pretty easily over a long period of time so in that regard I actually have an advantage.
