Arcadia is a great place; one of my most favorite little relaxing wine bars is tucked away in the neighborhood over there, Postino's Wine Bar.I lived in AZ for over a long time.

Intrastate laws were always going to be easier and cheaper to work under than Title 3, but with the raised cap for state portals and the relaxed offering requirement it seems like the SEC is nodding to stats to take the lead and create the markets in lieu of Title 3's restrictions.So for anyone looking for real estate crowdfunding options, I would suggest getting in touch with your intrastate portals.

Still institutional, but with relaxed guidelines (no income verification, reduced seasoning to use the appraised value among others) the rate and cost is higher.Still another level lower would be private lenders.

Super relaxed city for STR as long as you pay the bed taxes. :) There are some neighborhoods and HOA's who impose restrictions- some successfully, some not so much.
