Seems like a mess that could be preventable. 

The tenant funds are returned and on their way back to the tenant, and the subscription funds are being returned to you.Your action has helped us prevent this issue for other business owners.

The journey will never be 100% smooth, but you'll get better at solving unforeseen problems and building better systems to prevent the unforeseen from stopping your flow.

I don't see a water stain or pee stain on the floor. 

Eather way if that dog gets to the fence onto your property you can expect it to bite someone, so fixing the fence to prevent that is probably smart.

Cities will either not be able to comply or select sites that are currently zoned and used for purposes other than housing.This can lead to more complications with lawsuits and other administrative challenges that in addition to absorbing time and money prevent additional housing units from being built.

I was interested if anyone has gone through a similar situation or have any suggestions for prevention.

Naturally I would also have to keep buying assets as to prevent having to pay taxes on my annual income of $1M.  

I would suggest repairing and staining the fence, pressure washing patio and walkway, fixing the blinds that look crooked in almost every picture, and removing the desk lamps in that room.
