I think the visitors to Asheville and this demographic have some overlap - just my observation from many visits to Asheville :)

You need some type of GC or a very good Project Manager who has done a lot of work with GC/ work themselves and is very intimate with the various trades and planning of those trades working, overlapping, and coordinating work.
