Is Medium Term Rental a Viable Option for my 4 Bedroom Apartment in Lowell MA?
I have a 4 bedroom apartment in Lowell MA and I'm considering renting it
out as a medium-term rental. However, I'm not sure if this is a viable
option for me. Has anyone had experience with medium-term rentals in
Lowell MA? What kind of demand can I expect? And what are some things I
should consider before making this decision? Any insights would be
greatly appreciated.

The first thing to do is understand "medium-term rental" is new jargon that causes more confusion than clarity. Anything rented longer than 30 days is considered a long-term rental. Including furnishings and utilities doesn't change that. You still market on long-term rental sites, still screen the applicants, use a written lease, collect a deposit, and follow the laws pertaining to long-term rentals. The only difference I'm aware of is that you may consider marketing it on short-term rental sites at the same time to pick up a little more exposure/business.
