Quick question, I have some friends interested in buying SFHs for student rentals in Big Rapids (Ferris State University) and Mount Pleasant (Central Michigan University). 

Ground mount for me, and about 90 new, but older, panels and maybe I'll splurge for some micro-inverters this time. 

There is one unit outside, then a couple pipes go through the wall to a wall mounted unit.

It does not include huge holes left by TV mount or surround sound, etc.

I used it on a wall that was damaged from old double-faced mounting tape that had been used to attach mirror tiles (from the 70's).
