1 February 2015 | 16 replies
I won't take a moral or legal position on it, but personally I am extremely uncomfortable if there is more than one wholesaler involved in a deal (double- or triple-wholesaling).I feel that wholesaling is a delicate enough dance as it is, that having so many extra parties involved is just begging for one of them to screw it up.It also has a feeling of "find the bigger fool", and as the end/real cash buyer I am not willing to be the biggest fool in a chain of fools. And as you pointed out / implied, many of those "wholesalers" are very new, indeed.

This will also be explained to listing agent at offer submission, that "there's a good chance you may wind up getting both commissions in this transaction"...The only moral or ethical issue I could imagine here would be that "my intentions were wrong from the start, and/or I have used my expertise to take advantage of someone."

April O. coin op laundry charges?
18 September 2014 | 27 replies
I did this because the apartment was cheap and used the horrible 120 volt electric driers that took 3 runs to actually dry a full load of clothes (they were piped wrong as well).Anyway, moral of the story, you will most likely not get an engineering student who is bored and anal enough to do a cost analysis on his laundry lol. Here's a quick summary of what it costs to do laundry with Anchorage electricity prices:

What if the shoe is on the other foot you have your deal lined up and the buyer is all full of BS and can't perform and you lose your deal how will you feel about being fibbed to..And what about sellers who make plans based on your contract to purchase.I would love to sell these folks that wholesale come up with some ethics here and some full disclosure so we protect the innocent.Just a question and if you guys think this is perfectly fine to do then well I guess that's your call and your morals and conscience   so that's one side of the coin ...
