If someone can find a free mentor, they trust, that has capital and success, they by all means that is the way to go.Providing free mentorship seems to be by a limited number of people, if the requests and notable lack of response means anything on Bigger Pockets.And why should we expect successful, skilled people to give up their time for "investors" who show a 95% failure and drop out rate?
