My day is full of these little 5-10 minute gaps where I can't get back to work on something until someone else finishes their part and passes it back to me. 5-10 minutes isn't really enough time to get to work on a different file, but it is enough to read a BP thread and reply to it, and it keeps me in work-related mental place, unlike say facebook or youtube. 

It affected my mental health so much I had to undergo medical treatment and physical therapy. 

If you can't save with this job either reevaluate you spending, cut where you can and/or get a second job.In some ways, I hate the no/low money down mentality of BP. 

It broke me mentally for a bit.

Hi Yasmin, This is one of the toughest things about real estate, someone who doesn't actually need or want to sell taking up your mental space. if you want the property, make an offer that makes sense for you, based on income and expenses.

That mentality has worked well for the last 8 years or so but like all good things that will come to an end at some point.

I love the mentality and culture of the community. 

Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime” mentality so to me that made a lot of sense.

The tenants has become a seriously bad drunk who is verbally/mentally abusive toward her.

Or he has some mental instability that is causing him to forget that he actually owned it.
