I am wondering what you are doing mentally to get over all the stresses associated with a large project?

I am steadily owning and dominating the entire first page of Google.So if you will have that mentality of "ohh but it is so competitive" you are LITERALLY telling yourself you are inferior.

I inherited a tenant in a 4U property, who I knew was on SSI for mental disability.

I have been a woodworker for the better part of a decade but have been casually dating with the idea of a fix and flip, along with a buy and hold lifestyle.I love the whole ideology behind real estate, but I have always held an "over analyse before jumping in" mentality and catch myself dragging my feet some days to try to progress to the next step (rather, the actual first step which is to buy a property) and get that analysis paralysis.

@Jon Lallande I think "nor do I want to live here any longer than I have to" is a good mentality.

I have heard some people setting up their heating cooling system to shutoff if a door or window is let open for a certain amount of time.You can also add a temperature offset to make it look like it is a few degrees cooler or warmer than actual since sometimes temp setting is a mental thing.

Hoarding is a mental illness basically, and part of their problem as a hoarder is that everything has “sentimental value” so they can’t get rid of stuff.

I think they just emotionally and mentally want the home gone.Can anyone think of a owner finance deal that would remove the wait from their shoulders, but keep me afloat for 12 months until I can get a higher rent and refinance the property?
