I'm going to assume you aren't talking about bank financing, but rather, investor/partner funds.I prefer to keep other peoples' money out whenever possible.

I seen online gift funds can be used with after 10% of my own money.

Never considered it a market to invest in.

Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

I wouldn't care who buys my property, I want to net the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time.

For #3, I see multiple properties being sold like this, not $30k; but $200k properties being sold at tax deed auctions for $50k-75k#4 - I don't see how this could be realistic, how would someone have time or money to visit every single property in person especially when participating in multiple auctions across the state?
