In the end I think a convo with a customer is what drove me to post, this person was totally clueless looking to justify inaction.

Call the card company where you were late paying and explain that you are in active duty - some have policies in place that will move a due date or forgiving a payment, making your late pay disappear.

You may have noticed a slight drop in activity by me and if not, don't worry, I wouldn't notice me either :mrgreen: I've still been around, mostly lurking and commenting on the BP blog.

I've been seeing an increase in active listings since early January (up 30% in 3 months, while pending sales are at similar levels from last year.

I'd like to see money in action and in investors hands.

Now, if Private Payrolls have fallen to just under 120MM, add 6MM or so labeled "unemployed" = 126MM accounted for, leaving another 28MM either employed by gov't of all levels or among the Missing In Action from the stats entirely.

If you bid, the price will get bid up to teach you a lesson......I have seen it in action in multiple counties/states.
