opposite of a "cash out refi?"
Refinancing? You may need new tactic
There goes another option for real estate ownership. "cash in refi". This can't be a good trend! Rich

JScott- In 100% of my posts, I've shown my concern that there isn't enuff money to go around and take care of helping the economy and paying all the bills. When the money goes TO the banks, it doesn't seem to help.Investors are a huge part of the economy. If they're unable to pull funds out to re-invest, I consider that a bad thing. I'd like to see money in action and in investors hands. Not just money being printed to create more govt high salaried jobs, or sitting in banks. Rich
