It’s not like buying a Federal government bond.  

But this space is changing rapidly and in jurisdictions like San Jose where housing is scare, expensive and government entities are motivated to do something about it, I predict we'll see appreciation and other key metrics play out in favor of properties with ADUs in the near future.

Empires are tough to acquire and tougher to govern.

The government for my tenant is paying the full rent amount due to low income.

Or, is it smart to have your job, all your real estate, stocks and everything in one single country and at the whim of a single government?

Nope..... people will argue day n night how "Duh, the Government pays for that dummy, not us.....".
