I don't really have much accelerants,  gallon cans each of denatured, paint thinner, stripper, lacquer thinner, couple of lube & way oil, and smaller cans of xylol, acetone etc.

I save pieces of flooring, shower and backsplash tile, mosaic accent tiles and what’s left in paint gallons.

Im not sure what you are looking to do, but even the basic items would be as follows, assuming a 500sqft unit:4000 sq ft of flooring (500x8) x $5/sqft ($2 material, $3 labor)= $20,0004800 sq ft of paint (600x8), 350sqft/gallon @ $35/ gallon x $2.50/sqft labor = $12,480Appliances for 8 units (Fridge, Stove) = $8000 That right there is almost $40,000.

Just one bad toilet can easily burn through thousands of gallons of water and run the bill up hundreds of dollars.

Put in a new HW tank as the old one was only 30 gallons & they said they ran out of hot water.

Our inherited 8yr old 75 gallon failed at 2am on a Sat night. 

If everyone is doing DMM and pretty much almost EVERYONE is.. why is it that SOOOOOOO many of you are still counting their cash before they put that gallon of milk on your cart, to see if you can afford it?!

We allow people to get 2k calorie burgers loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese, drink a 1/2 gallon of soda laced with about a bajillion grams of sugar, actions all but guaranteed to give heart disease, diabetes, OH and while smoking half a pack of marlb's.

Problem is that it only has a 40 gallon hot water tank and they run out of hot water when they all take a shower after each other.

Remove old water and install a new 40-gallon gas water heater
