With that said you can easily build in more "green" materials or equipment and call your house "Green".

@J Beard, in my situation (a SFH with no legal requirement to supply a fire extinguisher) it was explained to me that I would be voluntarily incurring a liability should the equipment I supplied fail.

We are buying a park now and are using one LLC to own the land and homes and another for the management and park equipment.  

I choose to split it for a couple of reasons; we were big enough to have some priority with each PM, taking over that many units at once is overwhelming and I felt they would be better equipped to handle half, if one screws up I have a backup, and they know I have another option so they are incentivized to do their best.

My question is what equipment do I need to purchase for snowremoval and mowing lawn?

Dye test can be done by a plumbing company sewer camera equipment.  

Purchase equipment that will make you a business from which to leverage your skills.
