There is nothing left for them on Google because I dominate Google.In order to dominate locally, being the best is not good enough.

I believe SEO to be the dominant strategy but any good marketing mix will have a portion allocated to performance based advertising.Good luck to all and reach out with any questions.

I suspect you have like many other markets a small cabal of locals that dominate the sales.. 

and so-so lending (dominated by a few big banks and institutions).
