You won't be disappointed. 

My experience with flipping has been disappointing. 

So, think of it like this: do you want to get a high credit score that allow you to borrow money huge amounts of money to purchase sub-par deals that disappoint you and leave you wondering why you never achieved much success, or do you want to leverage not only the funds but also the wisdom and experience of private money who tie their success 100% to your success, and who can act as mentors and coaches so that both of you get paid for your efforts?

They do tend to take the guests side on most disputes, but just go in expect that and you'll avoid a lot of disappointment. 

Disappointing but better to walk away now..Let’s hope the next one passes muster ..

@Brett Stander access is key and a fellow human being will never disappoint you so get your RE License.

I can empathize with all the emotional aspects, the DEEEEEEPPP research, trying not to get too involved too early on and risk being majorly disappointed,  getting outbid frequently and learning to walk away.

So, I'm a little disappointed to say the least.

No one who wins the lottery is disappointed they won, but that doesn't make it a sound financial plan.Further, recommending college as an intelligent decision has nothing to do with the student loan problem.
