Books are a FANTASTIC resource for us in our journey as they tend to crystalize decades-long learning journeys into a 10 hour read or less.I'd recommend Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover, David Green's Long Distance Real Estate Investing, and Robert Kiosaki's Cashflow Quadrants before you pay any professional to advise you.

Ok so the reality is that nobody really knows what is going to happen to interest rates over the next 5 to 10 year window because there is no crystal ball.

Note investors, if you are brave enough to get out your crystal ball and share your thoughts...I am curious to hear what others think the note space will look like during the 2nd half of the year, especially with regard to deal flow.

I personally think that anyone who wants to live at the beach who had a crystal ball and knew buying at the beach would have produced the appreciation that our property produced would likely be quite happy for that level of "reduced" return to live the beach life they desire.Good luck
