There is a quality fiber cement product to replace if needed.

It's hard wired in with fiber so I think the service will be very reliable, and if/when the tenants have connectivity issues they can call the town who provides the service along with electricity, water, sewer, and trash.

I have baked roasts, chicken, air boiled eggs, brownies, bread, corn bread, etc. it is a nice sense of security knowing that I'm able to do that in times of needs.

You can a metal patch with fiber mesh tape over it at HD.

I also have outdoor games such as corn hole, rope toss, etc... but my VR locations are good for the outdoors.
