The interest rates might not drop considerably for a long time.

In most states, a car can be repossessed faster than an eviction - and most tenants know this.So, why would a landlord NOT take a car payment into consideration when qualifying a prospective applicant?

The market for sales has slowed down considerably here. 

The tenants push rent control without any consideration of exactly who will benefits and the consequences.  

It puts this property considerably above the top of the market, would that really make sense for a rental property?
