With that being said anytime I was not doing class work and studying I was taking the time and reading about all things real estate and this past Saturday I learned about wholesales and was very interested so when I got home Sunday I spent the entire day learning about all things wholesale and was actually very confident in my ability to do this.

I also assume there’s a written penalty on the books for failure to disclose these are all things I hope you r realtor can answer instantly and 100% confidently. 

After much contemplation and research, I feel confident to begin my journey in real estate investing.

(The particular area the contractor was working in was clear so the contractor felt confident that things were indeed fine.)

@Lucas Schlund If this is your first investment, how confident are you in your budget, time frame, contingency allocations?

My wife and I are very confident in the work/knowledge needed for flipping our first home and we have lots of connections in the construction industry for the things we are not sure about.

I’m confident we could get something in the works together!

It all seems a little overwhelming and outside my skillset.I don’t want to give up just yet and think maybe I just need a boost of confidence and a push to make my first deal or acquisition happen.

I am over 90% confident that it is being misused as a grease duct, which it should not be.
