Tampa has a lot of draws, to name a few is Beach, Boating, Golf, Casino, Intl Airport/Biz Travel, Busch Gardens, NFL/NHL/MLB, Concerts/Festivals, and more.I would say Sarasota is a submarket of Tampa but has its own attributes as well. 

Something like co-hosting STRs, real estate photography or video (including drone), something in the trades if you have those skills, part time agent, etc.

Our minimum these days is 4 nights, which virtually eliminates the "host a party" crowd.

Hi Jamie,Yes we’re near hospitals and are in Fresno, CA and I think it’s the law of supply and demand as I’ve seen other MTR host now listing their units for sale due to the vacancy.Yes we’re also listed on Zillow as furnished but no leads there.This morning one student emailed to say she’d like to proceed but we had to give it at cost but she’s renting it from June until Feb 2024 so we agreed.I just didn’t know how to target quality tenants as we’ve declined a few due to inability to pay and bad credit.I didn’t know about student.comThank you for replying.

I need additional feedback on whether the JSON file can be a hosted URL instead of manually uploading a new file each time changes are made.

We are a huge sports town and host tons of sporting events - Indy 500, all our professional teams, NCAA, Big Ten tournaments, etc. 

@J ScottI know in the past you commented favorably on 'House Flipping Spreadsheet (.com)' which has a whole host of uses such as analyzing deals, managing projects, and tracking expenses.  

I know city of Las Vegas requires host occupancy but areas close by to consider to bypass some of the city restrictions?
