I doubt I would hand the whole thing over to a developer, as I'm inclined to use the experience as a stepping stone in my career. 

I already have the knowledge, experience, and systems in place to do about 20 properties this year.

If so what was the experience like.Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
