Construction sites are a unique atmosphere.

Preferably something nice with an atmosphere that will allow a small group to have good conversation.Got any friends that want to join us? 

What is the renting atmosphere around these bases?

I provide all that in an atmosphere like Hugh Hefner would provide if he were to decorate a place for refinery contractors. 

I know there are many factors to this question so please leave your input on what you feel keeps you happy at your brokerage (commission split, atmosphere, etc).

The reasoning for this in condos in which people live full time , as opposed to where everyone is using their unit as a vacation place, is (1) quality of life for the permanent residents, (2) limiting the rental units” below the percentage where conventional financing is no longer available (3) avoiding a hotel like or timeshare like atmosphere, (4) safety issues and (5) resale issues.There are condos, particularly in vacation areas, that either by design or be default are short term rental “friendly”.  

There is a lot of knowledge, but it is a relaxed atmosphere (not intimidating).  

Just straight information and super friendly atmosphere.

It can create more of a collaborative feeling atmosphere client/architect/contractor as long as everyone is on the same page.
