OPINIONS!! What keeps you happy at your brokerage?

Hi all, I’m doing some research on what keeps agents with their brokerage for so long or for some agents permanently. Also what would it take for you to leave a comfortable position at a company?

I know there are many factors to this question so please leave your input on what you feel keeps you happy at your brokerage (commission split, atmosphere, etc). Thank you!
