But the short story is that property management va's are definitely helpful/.First option is to hire a virtual assistant and train them, not sure if you guys have handbooks for new hires.

Every VA in the world is using that nonsense.It doesn't even make sense to a seller since you said you can have their property sold AND you decide on a price and send the money to them.

I have my full VA loan to utilize to initiate my investment goal pursuit.
