DMM leads require multiple touches, nurturing, filtering, yeah i know sometimes a lay-down will just magically land in the lap and close with 1 touch but anyone stating to there DMM operating like that on the regular I call BS, I call EPIC BS.

When they know that you know, 'adjustments' can be made - especially in markets like mine that are experiencing an epic housing shortage. 

That includes podcast, books, websites, etc. i am listening to a great one now called EPIC real estate.

@Colin Zhu  is one Gabriel you should contact regarding this epic event .I have been doing real estate for 4 decades and in the out of state turn key space since 2002and I frankly have never seen anything like this.. don't beat yourself up@Gabriel Martinez   but also don't let the perpurtrators of this massive what appears to be fraudgo away without having your voice heard.

@Stephen Nicholson By given them a epic-wow piece of content that is listed on your website that talks about distress properties, vacate properties and more.

Epic content is what drives the majority of the site traffic from Google, and always will.

Listssource did seem to have a great multifily filter.Check out prospectnow as well...it seemed really epic in certain marketss
