I'd say if you are looking for commercial real estate wherein the purchase bought the property in a corporation then PS is not the best place for lead generation and skip tracing.

Can you imagine calling hundreds of leads a day for "investments" and seeing all those who keep track of the dollars you're raising exit in tandem?

I imagine this isn't cheap but I don't see another way.

I do my best to keep up with it and give them reliable information, but I'd really like a routine place to check each morning so I'm giving them the best and most up-to-date information possible.

However, I'd bet that the goal for most folks on this forum is to be financially independent, and never have to worry about where the money is coming from ever again.
