Like all these kind of companies, eventually you WILL realize, it was a bad idea doing it.They use LISTS and Cold calling.HOW the frog is that any different from all the 99% of investors doing this UNSUCCESSFULLY (at least the majority).All they do is package what everyone is doing in a very shiny wrapping and sell you the dream they are different and better.I would stay away!

Wait until the current owner's financial position has improved and then buy a house.No one here provided an answer as an attorney so to suggest ways to skirt the issue of having the current owner stay in the house and not benefit is splitting hairs ... frogs hairs at that.The easier solution is just to move and hire an attorney to hound the deadbeat dad.

I personally don't know many that went the SFR route for rentals.. seem to leap frog.. one they usually by the time they are able to invest can count themselves as accredited.. so that opens up a lot of doors.

I believe everything is available for free but if you want to leap frog the learning curve this mentorship is unbelievable.
