@Chris SeveneyThey did not support the wall correctly and i am going to get basement jacks as well as hire a structural engineer to asses and tell me the long term solution.As far as the sewer line repair, comps are around 250K, I am purcashing the house for 85K, i have budgeted 135K so far(without this repair) I have a total of 150K renovation budget.

Marketing example - Avail is aligned with Realtor.com, I also used Zillow as well as Marketplace to list the property for rent because they provided more traffic.

Usually the Veteran is using the "Change of Life" circumstance which means they are moving out of state, closer to work, school, or moving into a bigger home for increased family, out of a multifamily into a SFR, it also applies to retirees or disabilty if moving out of a larger home and into a smaller one due to up keep or mibility.Most VA loans have an assumption clause as well.
