I'm relatively new to the game (and this forum) but I have seen in this thread a lot of demand for web scrapers or developing some sort of proprietary database of leads, properties, and contacts from public record.With that, if people are hosting this information of public information, they may want to ensure it stays protected as well.

One unit is advertised as storage so I assume only 3 are legal, either because of zoning or because of the Certificate of Occupancy.I checked the assessor web site to find the specific zoning for the building but it just says 2-6 apts, over 62 years, so I'm not sure whether 4 is legal or not.

As you an imagine the formatting of the data to make it web friendly is time consuming.
