Texas being a non-disclosure state, I understand most "free" online resources are not reliable source of pulling DFW area property comps (unless I am missing something?).

We have a property management company and my wife is using Quickbooks online and does most of the work entering all the receipts and tracking the accounts.  

I also have different LLCs for different apartment buildings and am wondering if I should get a different business credit card for each one, or just a total business credit card for all of them combined.

@Anthony Sumbry Thank you, and i totally agree with you, its just that im in the position of sell now for decent return or keep and hope for more.

Have them set up on automatic payments or using a program where they can either deposit it at a bank, online, or another payment station. 

I'm in charge of a small 3-unit HOA, just wondering if anyone is collecting payments from unit owners online in any way?

I'm totally confused and have until tomorrow morning to come up with an additional 157,600 as I have 50k in the bank from my first deal.
