hello,i am thankful i found this site as i was doing a search on info for renting a home out. my husband and i want to rent our home. this is all new to us and have no idea where to begin.can you please recommend a legit site for credit checks, background checks and 1 yr lease contracts. any other info that you may think is needed for us as new landlords is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I am a long time lurker and reader of BP and, I decided that I should jump aboard to take advantage of all of the benefits that BP has to offer.My background is in real estate and finance having worked with developers prior to the crash and with an international real estate company in their auction division.

I don't know your background but rushing into things in your personal life and business life can cause havoc on your financials.

I come from a technical career.

I technically will have had it as my primary residence in 2013 & 2014, but it has not been 2 calendar years since I have bought.

I know I had a great time, and enjoyed talking to everyone, and the mix of people was perfect, from all niches and backgrounds.

I learned technical analysis and because of capital restrictions, again, I ended up trading foreign exchange; which I was good at.

You need to do a deep scan of your system to take out possible infections.If the process is running and you can't remove it you will have to go into safe mode and take it out.No technical advice.Good luck.
