My name is Don. My wife and I have been investing in real estate for about 8 years. Her profession is banking and finance. I come from a technical career. We've had good success investing thus far but now we want great success! What led me here is searching for the best way to quickly analyze properties; specifically how to create and use a spreadsheet to plug in numbers and get a quick, rough analysis. I've found lots of information here and I've been lurking for a while. I figured it was time to come in out of the cold. So here we are! I'll try to contribute whenever I can but mostly, I've got a lot to learn.

Do you exclusively invest in the west side?

Yes, so far. Only because that's the area I'm most familiar with. We're not against branching out though.
