Is the hotel occupancy rate strong in the Disney area?  

I have even flown to other states to meet with clients.. ( of course I had talked to them on the phone. but it was big enough timber deals that I wanted a face to face and whats 1k bucks in flight car and hotel if I was going to make a few hundred grand on the deal.. its simply the cost of doing business. as this is all I do .I never did not close the deal when I made this unique effort..

Cheapest money we can find so far is 8% would like to get that down.Our clients are exclusively in Shelby County, (Memphis) Tennessee.

I've got a client that would like to purchase some land and I have the owner's name and address but how can I go about possibly getting their phone number.  

I had a former client that convinced the land owner to finance the lot with a due in full clause on end of the 5th year.

Our agent should be contacting his list of guests that walked and other interested clients to obtain feedback from their walk as well as update them that the price has decreased.

Luckily I didn't and I checked out the listing on auction.com again and one of the bullet points states "This property is reported to be occupied and buyer is responsible for obtaining possession." also " Do not disturb client.
