welcome to Bp! It's great to see another fellow real estate junkie from Sacramento on here. I'm a local agent and love all things real estate related. 

Have you started listening to the podcasts? This is how I ventured to the BP site. The forums also have tons of information. Anything you can think up is probably somewhere in the forums.
