In due diligence we measure all lots.

The laws aren’t difficult to follow some are more stringent than others but they are easy Don’t be afraid to failforward.

If there was one city that was "Best" for rental investments A. we would all be buying there B. it would change as the economy and commercial, neighborhood issues do.The old rule measure twice cut once, applies here.  

I have called a couple real estate agents in different areas...it seems most of them have stringent vacation rental laws.
